The main purpose of the role is to deliver administration processing services to Quilter Private Client Advisers Ltd based advisers & other associated businesses.

About the role
  • Monitoring specific pipeline cases & facilitating new business
  • Assisting with preparation of client review/valuation packs
  • Ongoing administration of client records and other associated after sales support services
  • Assisting with the dealing & coordination of internal/external post & related business communications
  • Delivering the highest standard of customer service
  • Preparing client review packs and ensuring these are complete and to the standard required
  • Determine which systems to update with servicing information and what follow-up actions, if any, need to be initiated
  • General upkeep of all admin & reporting systems to ensure all business operational requirements can be tracked and produce relevant MI and client data as required

About you
  • 4 GCSE's Grade C or above to include Maths and English and/or NVQ Level 1 - or equivalent
  • Knowledge of systems and processes that support the business including wrap platforms (beneficial)
  • Knowledge of working for a Financial Advisory network (beneficial)
  • Knowledge of financial products (beneficial)
