Desirable - Active Directory, Fault Finding, Ticketing Systems

A 1st Line Support position has recently become available with one of our reputable clients in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and some technical experience prior to this application. This role will also involve telephone / remote support on an IT Help Desk.

This candidate will be based locally where He or She will provide technical remote support to non-technical users. This position will provide key training to someone who is looking for qualifications and training in IT Support.

Skills
** Technical Support to non-users
** Microsoft Active Directory
** Call Logging / Remote and Email Support
** Ticketing system experience
