Our client situated in central Epsom are currently looking to hire for a full time Finance Assistant to join their friendly accounts team, based at their Head Office.

The role of the Finance Assistant will be varied but key duties will include:

  • Maintain and manage the Sales Ledger function. To include; raising sales invoices, issuing to customers, responding to any queries, updating portals, and processing monthly recharges
  • Posting sales receipts received into the bank accounts
  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assisting in month end duties
  • Purchase ledger input. To include; coding purchase invoices and inputting into Sage
  • Ad hoc duties to support the Finance Team

Applicants must ideally have experience using Sage and working with Excel spreadsheets. They will need to have high attention to detail, excellent administration skills and the ability to communicate both via email and the telephone.
