A firm providing software solutions to the finance industry are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their growing technical team.

You will be working as part of a small friendly team supporting the Internal IT systems, including the development environment to their client services team.

Your primary responsibility is the day to day support of the IT systems, supporting, monitoring, and fixing existing Windows 7/10 and Server 2012/2016 IT Infrastructure. This will include support for backups, Exchange email, Windows OS (both Server and Desktops), System patching, Networks, Firewalls, Remote access, Installation of software, Hardware & Importing data with Oracle.

In order to be suitable for this role you should be detail orientated and highly organised. Possess a problem solving attitude for tackling a diverse range of challenges, and have the ability to work independently.

Experience in:
  • Windows 7&10 Microsoft
  • Windows Server 2012/2016,
  • Virtualisation (preferably Microsoft Hyper-V),
  • Microsoft Active Directory,
  • IP Networks, switches & Cabling.
  • Citrix XenApp, and XenDesktop (Desirable)
