Our client is a leading management consultancy with a reputation for excellence and innovation across the globe. They are constantly developing their business remit and to reflect this they are constantly seeking talented individuals to join theirUKteam.

At present they are expanding their internal reward team which supports both theirUKand Asian offices. They are seeking an experienced reward professional to join the team and help drive their reward strategy forward. Our client is seeking an ambitious Reward Manager, the role is based in their Central London office and is paying a basic salary of £70,000 to £80,000.

The role will involve:

-broad based reward support

-designing and implementing company reward strategy

-management of the reward agenda

-mentoring reward analysts in the team

-ensure smooth management of the annual salary review

-build key stakeholder relationships

-working on a range of reward projects

The ideal candidate will have:

-strong reward experience at business partner or manager level

-advanced technical skills (Excel)

-ability to provide consultative expertise on reward issues

-ambition to drive reward policy

-ability to manage complex reward projects
