A new vacancy has arisen due to expansion and growth for a Data Analyst and Client Account Manager - EMEA paying c£35k working for an international organisation operating globally. You will be working as part of a new department which is growing as the business develops, reporting to the Business Manager for the Fleet and Telematics technology team as part of the wider Aftermarket team. The Data Analyst role will be an integral part of the team and as such we can offer career development and the chance to make this new role your own and develop the scope over time. The Data Analyst role has two main areas of focus:
Data science: use the Telematics, Fleet and Sales data to analyse and find efficiencies in big data. The primary focus will be applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality predictions to drive our product performance.
Fleet Account coordination: Work with customers to set-up the account, coordinate financial flows and support Major Account customers with the implementation of their telematics tools.
Key accountabilities will include:-
Responsible for the collation and analysis of all data received via the Telemetrics devices installed in our client equipment.
Responsible for the creation of management reports for our Fleet customers and the Group on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Using analysis tools to report and make business recommendations across the Group and specifically within Telemetrics for our customers and dealer network.
Familiar with the use of query languages to aid the data analysis process eg SQL
Using Power BI and Excel extensively for the analysis and reporting processes.
Managing the Fleet Account Customer set-up ensuring coordination with customers and dealers.
Big data management: analyse the data and find patterns that help to increase value for the Group and dealers.
Making recommendations to senior management being part of the start of new projects and developments to enhance and improve the business.
Support and implement customer management activities relating to Fleet Management.
Develop and control KPI package to measure customer efficiency and advice customers on their fleet.
Financial reporting and pipeline management for Management reviews.
To be successful as our Data Analyst and Client Account Manager you should ideally have a Degree level education with experience with data-driven work and relationship management. Knowledge of Power Bi would be desirable with advanced excel being required and a proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Phython. As there will be an element of client interaction with this role you should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written coupled with your strong numerical and analytical skills.
