You are an innovator, responsible for developing, implementing and iterating on a program that measures the efficacy of marketing activities in contributing to business unit revenue & EBIT. In this position you will report to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Planning and serve as the central point of contact for ROI analysis and budget allocation for Commerce Services marketing activities.*Candidates can be based on the East Coast, ideally NY area or Central time zone ideally in Texas. You will•Own performance analysis and reporting across all of Commerce Services marketing, creating a framework that clearly links business KPIs to marketing metrics•Determine allocation of budget to specific marketing programs and activities as deemed appropriate to achieve marketing goals (using the framework described above), and based on historical and comparative ROI•Consult and coordinate with all members of the marketing team to ensure adherence to and continuous improvement toward marketing performance measures and decision making rooted in maximizing revenue/EBIT impact and return on investment•Own annual/monthly budget planning and reporting processes•Act as the primary liaison with Sales Operations in the development, management and improvement of market sizing, segment definition, target definition/analysis, coordinated sales/marketing performance reporting, etc.Your background:As a Lead to Revenue Marketing Manager, you have:•5+ years of experience in business and/or marketing analytics, measurement and reporting•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related experience•Expertise in B2B marketing methodologies, tools and analytics•A demonstrated understanding of 'stream' or service-based revenue/business models and the unique challenges & solutions that differentiate them from more traditional license/maintenance-based revenue models•eCommerce, Logistics or Retail Shipping industry experience highly preferred•Ability to work independently with little or no direction; strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills•Strategic relationship building and management skills•Superior verbal and interpersonal abilities-ability to present onstage to large internal and external audiences•Willing to travel occasionally as team is geographically dispersed (remote work arrangements are permitted)We will:•Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career•Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas•Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization•Offer comprehensive benefits globally (pbprojectliving.com)Our TeamPitney Bowes Commerce Services business is the fastest growing business unit at Pitney Bowes.
