Our business isn't like any other business and you'll love our people - we're a friendly bunch.Your role as a Product Performance Manager will involve you identifying opportunities and lead corrective actions to drive product experience improvement. You will leverage past performance data in conjunction with proactive partnership with Merchandising for new and unique products or product categories.In this role you will design, maintain and execute all aspects of the product experience and user lab program, in alignment with product quality objectives. There will also be the opportunity to Lead & support process & performance improvement projects to continually improve operational effectiveness and the customer experience. Whilst developing and delivering effective reporting to the business that highlights performance improvement opportunities, activities, and resultsThe ideal candidate will have the:Ability to read, analyze and interpret customer feedback data in order to identify key themes and improvement opportunities.Ability to develop and deliver effective and persuasive presentations or written communications to vendors, buyers and leadership.Strong leadership experience as this role will be managing eight direct reports.Advanced product knowledge, across multiple product categories, to effectively assess products for predictable patterns of performance, customer expectations and potential failures.Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Self-starter with strong ability to identify and prioritize product experience opportunities and drive improvement actions with little to no supervision.Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
