Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Home Manager for their medium Nursing Home based in Northampton. The home provides care for adults and elderly residents with dementia. As the Nursing Home Manager in this home you will be required to focus on CQC compliance and improving the standard of care to a higher level of quality, supporting/developing the team you're leading and overall performance of the home by working closely with the Operations Manager in driving key business objectives.

The Candidate
This role is an opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager looking to further their career with an established provider. The right candidate is required to have a proven track record of successful Nursing Home Management, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of CQC with the ability to lead and inspire a multi-disciplined team. You will have previous experience of managing and analysing P&L reports. All applicants are preferred to hold a current and active nursing pin (RMN/RGN) however this isn't essential.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Nursing Home Management
Registered RGN / RMN preferred however not essential
Previous CQC rating of 'Good' or 'Outstanding'
Passion for the Elderly

This role is based in Northampton commutable from Rugby, Leicester, Corby, Bedford, Coventry, Milton Keynes and Banbury.

Interview Process
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.

Stage One: Informal Interview with Regional Manager
Stage Two: Formal interview with the Regional Manager/ Operations Manager

My client is seeking a proven Nursing Home Manager who is currently running a successful Nursing Home for the elderly, the right candidate will need to be able to lead and inspire a team and develop the service further. In exchange my client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus & benefits.
