Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join market leading firm, Elgin./ Full time!

Your new company
A widely recognised and successful organisation based in Elgin are currently looking to recruit a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their team on an interim basis to assist with increase in workload.

Your new role
You will be working with the existing finance team and will have specific responsibility for Processing and posting invoices, maintaining and controlling central finance email inbox where the majority of invoices are sent,posting invoices into the general ledger via excel uploads, correspondence with suppliers when necessary, respond to enquires, filing and order of invoices and credit notes and archiving of invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have prior experience within accounts payable and finance,good communication skills on and offline. acute attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
