IT Problem / Service Manager

Durham

3 Month Contract

£200 Per Day(Outside IR35)

One of my prestigious clients' is looking to bring on board an experienced IT Problem/Service Manager on an initial 3 month contract. You will be familiar with ITIL Service Management and have a relevant certification to match this.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

You will be required to support the organisation's IT Department in clarifying the scope and parameters of the problem, identifying and documenting the symptoms of the performance degradation currently experienced.

Previous experience of working across multiple work streams within the IT function is required as well as working with 3rd party suppliers. Additionally you will be able to support the IT department in issue resolution on issues such as connectivity to cloud products like Office 365.

Naturally you will be expected to provide recommendations to address findings to improve the performance of the IT services provided.
