An Opportunity has arisen for a Deputy District Nursing Team Leader within the Chepstow team in Monmouthshire. This is an exciting time for District Nurses to shape the community services of the future, applications are requested from experienced community nurses who are keen to develop their District Nursing career in a leadership role and who have a passion for delivering high quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be willing to develop their management and clinical skills.

The ideal candidate will be working towards or have achieved the Specialist Practitioner Qualification (SPQ).

OR

A staff nurse with significant experience in the community and willing to undertake the SPQ.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
