Have you worked within an IT helpdesk role? Do you have a passion for IT?

  • If so this role would be perfect for those of you who have an understanding of 1st line support / 2nd line support technical help desk, but would like to transition over into an account management role looking after a number of clients, evolving the working relationship through offering a consultative account management approach, offering new services solutions that could solve IT issues for them. This is not a sales role in terms of cold calling/hard sales, this is an account management role that will see you offering IT technical solutions so an already existing client base.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Winning and securing new business through constant liaison with regular customers
  • Achieving personal targets.
  • Develop effective growth strategies that apply both to financial success and customer success.
  • Research the market to identify buying/selling trends, new markets, and customer needs.
  • Develop relationships with industry professionals, existing referral partners, competitors, vendors and other personnel.
  • Establish new referral partners.
  • Produce reports regarding new prospects.
  • Write proposals in conjunction with pre-sales.
  • Attend events, special interest groups, conferences and seminars to seek new opportunities.
  • Negotiate with clients to solidify the terms of each contract. Ensure each contract adhere to current regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain the integrity of confidential information in accordance with the GDPR.
  • Contribute to the reputation of our client by entering and achieving professional awards.
  • Support team members to increase successfully closed deals.
  • Providing value added service, ensuring the highest of standards at all times.
  • Full integration into the our clients team to include attendance at weekly sales team meetings.
