An international video advertising company who specialise in the delivery of video content to the broadcast industry currently has a permanent job opportunity available for a French speaking Technical Client Support Executive to join the team based in London.
As Client Support Executive, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for providing the highest level of customer care, solving technical issues as and when they arise. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, maintaining ownership of issues and ensuring they are escalated to other internal technical resources in a timely manner.

Your duties will also involve QC'ing digital files, ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date and liaising with stakeholders to make sure they are aware of all aspects and updates of the delivery process.

Our client's customers work in a just-in-time environment, so the role will be fast-paced and challenging, and it is essential a customer-centric approach is maintained at all times.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that applicants have fluent language skills in both written and spoken French. You must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in media and advertising, with good technical aptitude such as experience of working in an Edit Suite or the ability to demonstrate an understanding of different video file formats. You must also be confident to assist in resolving technical issues over the phone and enjoy interacting with clients.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to act calmly under pressure. You must also have a flexible work approach as you will be required to work evenings and weekends.

Any experience of working with non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro would be beneficial, as would knowledge of encoding software such as Adobe Media Encoder and Apple Compressor.
