As a Customer Analyst (Case Handler) in Leeds you will be carrying out a diverse range of investigative and analytical tasks to review and determine the outcome of customer insurance claims. You will be working on 3 cases per day making a few calls where needed to gather additional information. You will be working with the autonomy to work through your cases, organising your own workload and scheduling your day accordingly.

To be a good fit for this role, it is recommended that you have a working background in the Banking or Financial Services industry or that you are a Graduate with a 2:2 academic degree. If you are graduating this year you can certainly apply too, just have your degree details and predicted grades to hand. As your duties are based around finding information, analysing the data and drawing conclusions, it is extremely important for you to be meticulous in your attention to detail and have exceptional skills in verbal communication, listening and written documentation.

This is an excellent role for anyone trying to keep work and home commitments in balance. You will not be required to work weekends in this role at all and what's more, we have two shift patterns up for grabs; 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, or 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday. Your place of work will be in the LS98 area of Leeds, just south of the River Aire, across the river from Leeds train station. The location is supported by great transport links so getting to work is easy via public transport.
