A fantastic opportunity for an Insight Manager on a fixed term basis has arisen at Bakkavor in Spalding. You will drive the agenda for the Meals sector (ready meals, soups sauces & dips) delivering key insights via engaging and compelling narratives.

You will share insights with the business and customer teams to drive the strategy alongside providing category knowledge to influence both internal & external stakeholders.

Reporting into the Senior Insight Manager you will gain a clear understanding of the Meals sector priorities as they evolve and share with Bakkavor to ensure focused and timely action plans are driven.

"Bring insights alive" through insight distillation, storytelling, and clear, consistent communication to ensure category insight is best in class to drive business growth and deliver competitive advantage.
Be the Insight Champion and go to person for the Sector and each Market within it, ensuring all insight is accurate and communicated in a timely manner.
Deliver and present insight in an inspirational & engaging manner, to senior stakeholders, to ensure insights are embedded in business & customer strategies.
Ensure research insights and outputs are shared with the businesses to inform business & customer strategies.
Use research and trends insight to influence and guide pipeline creation, and business & customer strategies.
Manage & deliver projects requested by customer marketing team including analysis, interpretation, and reporting to ensure all requirements are met.
Have a good understanding of business priorities and focus. Drive business performance by ensuring trends, and consumer needs are clearly understood by the business, and opportunities for growth are identified through actionable insights.
Manage the workflow of the insight and analytical requirements for the category area; receiving and reviewing all requirements and scheduling work to meet all internal & external customer requests.
Challenge all requests in a smart manner to ensure each project delivers optimally for all stakeholders.
Manage the Sector Insight Executive/ Assistant Insight Manager ensuring they develop in role and perform to their maximum ability.
Proactively share best practice across the Insights and Customer Marketing teams.
You will be great at developing cross functional & external relationships, alongside driving Insight best practice. This is a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic insight professional to work on one of our key business sectors
