Digital Marketing Manager 6 Month Fixed Term Contract £40,000 - 46,000pa London The digital marketing manager is responsible for developing and delivering a clear digital marketing strategy for Comic Relief and its campaigns that support Fundraising and communications objectives. Key Accountabilities / Objectives: Reporting to the Marketing Lead to develop an always on' digital marketing strategy for Comic Relief and its brand across SEO/SEM, website, social, email, content, display and PPC Unify separate digital marketing strategies to ensure everything is working together effectively and sets and meets objectives. Manage the performance of agencies supporting with digital marketing activities to ensure they return a positive ROI Measure, report and optimise the performance of all digital channels, providing insight to inform future strategy Together with the Marketing Lead, work with internal teams with a business partner approach to develop and deliver their individual digital marketing strategies ensuring they return a positive ROI and align with the wider marketing, communications and brand strategies Responsible for optimising the entire digital user journey using data to make informed decisions Have oversight of all owned audiences and the digital communications they receive, ensuring no overlap between our audience segments Manage the Social Community Manager and support them to develop an overarching social media strategy for Comic Relief and its brands Develop and deliver targeted email campaigns for our owned audiences, working collaboratively with the Community Fundraising, Schools Fundraising and Individual Giving Team Drive the development of email automation programs Develop and monitor digital marketing budgets Work with the Design Lead and other members in the Digital & Innovation team to ensure the CR suite of websites are aligned with digital marketing journeys and perform effectively Essential Skills and Experience: Big picture thinker; able to understand individual strategies whilst ensuring they fit with the bigger picture Experience of growth marketing in a similar setting Proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability Extensive digital marketing experience, devising and managing digital campaigns Highly collaborative, persuasive and sharp Extensive understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms, as well as Google Analytics Understands the importance of brand alignment on all digital touchpoints Understanding of good user experience and content principles To apply please visit our website via the link and apply online.
