This is a role that will see you working within the close knit IT team of the business and you will be using your IT knowledge, ensuring that all is running smoothly.

Key skills we are looking for:

Windows 10: setup administration and support, also MS Updates

Server 2012: ADDC, Group Policy and general administration, also MS Updates

Office 365:setup administration and support

Hyper-V: Knowledge and experience

Networking: understand and support all sections of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, vLANs, connectivity

Veeam Backup Software: general administration

Experience needed for this role:

Previous experience with a managed service provider

Daily checks of equipment and services.

Troubleshoot and support day-to-day support calls.

Logical thinking and problem solving

Document and Record all support cases, user guides and general IT administration

Time keeping in workload and attendance

Using remote support tools to connect to user machines

To engage and have excellent client handling abilities and telephone manner.

After hours support where needed (weekly rotation within IT team members)

Working Hours: 40

Mon-Thurs 08:45 to 17:00 (45 min break)

Fri 08:45 to 16:00 (1 hour break)
