Our client is a fast-paced Fin-tech based in Ascot, London and San Francisco that's grown over 100% in size within the last year. Their mission is to make life simple and rewarding for all through supercharging the global loyalty industry with their unique technology Payment Linked Loyalty.

They are building out a team of talented, ambitious and diverse professionals to take their product to a global audience and are currently seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join the team.

The Role:

As Senior Developer you will have a strong foundation in Python server side development to participate in the full lifecycle of development, from the initial concept, requirements gathering, scoping and architecting through to QA and deployment to production.

In addition, other responsibilities include:

·Design, develop and implement applications, to meet business requirements, from conception to completion

·Implement new features as per agreed designs

·Mentoring of junior developers and mid-level developers, providing development support where required

·Preparation of development documentation and other technical information

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be expected to learn and understand current systems and how future developments should be integrated.

Working alongside other technical teams, you will assess business requirements to help create long term solutions that integrate with the existing systems and infrastructure. Architecture is done collaboratively using an Agile approach so you will need to have a good understanding and be comfortable working in this way.
