Programme Coordinator - High Needs Provision

Salary; £37,135.00 - £39,405.00 per annum plus benefits

Moulton is one of the UK's leading specialist Colleges providing education and training in land based, construction and sports studies, from pre-entry to Postgraduate degree level.

In addition we are in the process of developing an exciting new Food & Drink provision. Moulton has experienced unprecedented growth and development over the last decade and is now one of the largest specialist colleges in the UK, with around 5,500 students, 400 staff and a turnover of approximately £25 million p.a.

This role focuses on Quality Improvement & Innovation alongside a partial teaching load to include; ensuring rigorous IQA and Lead IQA processes to allow for successful SV, EV and inspection visits; developing innovative assessment processes which meet the requirements of the department, awarding organisations and that stay contemporary; driving course development which results in increased recruitment to all areas and delivers increased income; implement innovative marketing strategies resulting in increased recruitment; conduct audits of all facets of the programme area; and complete observations of all staff within the curriculum with clear targets set and to monitor development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the high needs sector. In addition to your technical and practical knowledge you will be an effective communicator and able to quickly build positive professional relationships with a variety of internal and external customers. You will have exceptional organisational skills and be able influence others positively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
