An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced account manager to join our Industrial team in our Norwich branch. This role will be servicing 2/3 accounts will take full responsibility for these.

Job description:

This position would be ideal for an Account Manager/Resourcer who has previous experience working in a busy sales environment and has customer service experience. The primarily focus of the role is to ensure high levels of customer service and always achieve the highest fill rate with quality candidates.

The role will involve but not limited to the following:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with our client and candidates, along with developing a relationship with your other colleagues in the office.
  • Ability to work under pressure due to the nature of the business.
  • Develop new opportunities with the clients that you manage and maximise revenue with them.
  • Communicate with our client proactively, via telephone and email.
  • Resourcing candidates for our client, on a daily basis, through means such as advertising, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and our existing database.
  • Measuring our activity with the client.
  • Regular face to face meetings with our client, and running quarterly performance reviews to ensure growth.
  • Consistently delivering against assigned target, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to the client.
  • Manage On-Call with the other team members.

Key Skills you will be required to hold :
  • Natural consultative sales approach.
  • Business to business outbound and inbound sales experience. (not essential but would be beneficial)
  • Ability to form, maintain and nurture a business relationship.
  • Ability to follow direction and be self motivated at the same time.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment and remain accurate and concise.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
  • Multiple languages would be an advantage
