This is a new position working with their International team to develop a training academy for their International Master Franchise businesses.

The role on offer is a permanent, contracted full time opportunity which comes with a salary from £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

Working hours are 8.30-5pm weekdays, however flexibility is key as there may be a requirement for International travel

They also encourage their staff to continuously develop their skills and fund further professional development to help them achieve their goals.

Skills & Experience:
- Has worked in a domiciliary care setting caring for adults with the additional benefit of understanding the recruitment requirements not only in homecare but also in hospitals and care homes
- Currently holds at least a level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma and also a recognised training qualification such as a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTLLS, etc
- Is confident and competent enough to produce and deliver training to managers, new entrants & refresher training in mandatory subjects
- Training: 2 years (Preferred)
- Working in Homecare or a Care Home
