The Senior Transition & Process Consultant Role:

The Transition & Process Consultant will provide ownership of all activities relating to the successful transition of new and existing customers, working in partnership and providing leadership to itelligence Managed Services functional team of support consultants. This role requires strong Project Management skills. The role has no direct people management responsibility but will provide project ownership and assign tasks to identified SAP support consultants.

Reporting to the UK SAP Services Manager, the lead is responsible for ensuring resource assignment; customer satisfaction and on time billing.


Project Ownership:

+ Define customer specific transition project plans that incorporate end to end processes supported by global systems; full functional transition using the defined templates; successful handover to steady state support.
+ Project manage transition activities to successful completion
+ Contribute to company growth objectives by providing direction to assigned employees in their assigned tasks within a customer transition plan
+ Provide transition methodology related training to other itelligence personnel
+ Clear and timely communication on project status
+ Own transition methodology, enhancing as required to encompass new requirements

Customer Satisfaction:

+ Cultivate professional relationships with customers
+ Establish credibility and relationships with customer decision makers and end users
+ Identify and implement end to end processes for successful transition
+ Build strong relationships with management from other UK Line of Business who are also involved with the account in order to present one united itelligence front and deliver one itelligence “solution” (Hosting; Field; Consulting; global offices, etc.)
+ Coordination with itelligence Account Managers; Field Project Management, Managed Services Management Team and Global Application Management Services (AMS) Team
+ Work alongside the nominated Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure their role is delivered as specified
+ Review of customer AMS contracts to ensure we deliver as promised
+ Participation and understanding of project goals & objectives; team participation in global activities and feedback to wider UK team

+ Minimum 4 years Project Management experience
+ Ideally working knowledge of SAP
+ Team management experience

+ Ability to lead strategic workshops with clients
+ Ability to work comfortably with customer senior management
+ Strong problem solving skills
