Due to continued growth and expansion, a position has become available for Admin Support.

Duties include:
- Label/package envelopes for the final information packs to be sent to the Group Leaders.
- Count /check Meal tickets, vouchers, theme park tickets etc before dispatch to the Groups.
- Verify Boarding Passes for passengers
- Obtain emergency contact numbers and add to system
- Answer the phone and help with general enquiries.
- Process the outgoing post
- Count and check currency before dispatch, scan cheques, stamp envelopes and any other relevant admin tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working within a busy office environment essential.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be organised
- Have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent phone manner
- Accurate with attention to detail

Salary is £17,000 p/a.

They offer 25 days annual leave allowance, contributory pension scheme, private medical health insurance through Vitality health, and a great social environment.

They are open to this position being part time, although we will require the successful applicant to be available to do the outgoing post each day (Mon-Fri) between 3pm-4pm.

The office is located in Colwick, just 3 miles outside of Nottingham city centre. They are serviced by excellent public transport links to the city.
