My client is a successful car dealership based in Blackburn and they are recruiting for a Compliance assistant to support the Compliance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in their career to develop their knowledge and skills as the role and company expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Call auditing
* File auditing
* Communicate the findings on audits both verbally and in a readable format
* Make recommendations based on audits
* Administration for small process changes, adding or amending small changes to existing processes (and policies if required) with version control
* Developing new processes that have been discussed from a draft to the official format
* Investigating and updating the compliance logs
* Helping collect KPI date for monthly compliance meetings
* Take ownership of our customer opt outs and individual right requests
Skills & Experience
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Must understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality
* Ability to build reports and make recommendations based on audits
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
* Self-motivated, driven and passionate about your role
* Organised
* Eager to learn new skills
