Salary: £25k

Hours: Full time or Part Time (on a job share basis)

Our client became an established business in 1984 and have expanded several times since. What they specialise in is helping numerous businesses with their Accounts Production & Assurance, Corporation Tax, VAT and many other financial tasks.

  • Pay calculation.
  • Will be responsible for approximately 150 clients
  • RTI online submissions.
  • Calculation of statutory payments.
  • Calculating pension contributions in line with auto enrolment.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Update and upload pension details.
  • Recording starter and leaver information.
  • Recording HMRC payments and advising finance.
  • Dealing with queries from employees/employers regarding pay/pension.
  • Calculation pro rata holidays etc
  • Submission of CIS returns and dealing with HMRC on refunds.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Knowledge of payroll products and understanding of pensions
  • The essential requirement of this role is previous experience working for multiple clients within a bureau setting
  • Accountancy practice payroll bureau experience
  • Will be able to complete their duties while remaining friendly and approachable

At present our client is using IRIS Payroll Professional software but they are considering Brightpay.
