We are recruiting for an experienced School Finance Administrator for a well known school in the Moston area. This is an excellent temporary ongoing position and is paying £10.00 per hour with free onsite car parking.

About The Role:
  • Providing support to the finance team with general accounting duties
  • Using the FMS system to update records
  • Daily banking
  • Matching purchase orders to delivery notes
  • Inputting of invoices
  • Speaking with suppliers and chasing up accounts
  • General administration duties

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to multi task and working to strict deadlines
  • Methodical, analytical and process led
  • Presentable in appearance
  • Experience of using FMS
  • Previous finance / purchase ledger experience is essential
  • Must have a current enhanced DBS (child workforce)

About The Benefits
  • Hours of work, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm (Term time only)
