Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an exciting part time opportunity working for a well established company based in Wednesbury, with a view to start immediately. You will be working as part of a small friendly accounts team where you will be responsible for processing up to 800 invoices on a monthly basis. Your daily duties will include match batch and code invoices, getting payments authorised, processing payments by BACS / Cheque, reconcile supplier statements and resolving supplier queries.

My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger who is able to join the business and hit the ground running working under minimal supervision using your initiative. You must have excellent attention to detail, previous experience dealing with a high volume of transactions, confident in talking to suppliers over the phone and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

My client is a well established business based in Wednesbury with an open and friendly culture. This business offers on site parking and is easily accessible by public transport. The working hours are 9.00am until 6.00pm on a part time basis.
