ICT COACH/TECHNICIAN from November 19

Are you a Teaching Assistant with a passion for ICT who is looking for a challenge or are you working in a business setting in an ICT role and contemplating a career move and would like to work with children?

37 hours per week, Term Time Only Salary - SCP 17 to 25
Salary £23,836 p.a. - £28,785 p.a. TTO Salary £19,974 - £24,668

Our children need someone who:

* Has a high level of ICT skill and experience of working with Apple & PC Computers and software.
* Understands the demands of the new ICT curriculum.

Duties may include - working alongside others:

* Preparing and planning ICT teaching lessons/resources.
* Assessing children's skills and maintaining records and data.
* Taking learning sessions.
* Using your initiative and working as part of a team or on your own.
* Supporting class teachers and assisting staff in the use of ICT.
* Assisting with the development of ICT and updating schools' website.
* To act as a contact point for IT support requests including lap tops and wireless networks
* Ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
* Trouble shooting where needed.
* Keeping abreast of new emerging technologies and keep key personnel informed.
* Working alongside and providing support to our external ICT support.

A good level of literacy and numeracy is essential and previous experience of working with children in this field is beneficial.
