Operating at the forefront of their industry, they work very closely with a range of schools and colleges, and are now looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer who will be site based at a school in Beulah Hill, Upper Norwood, London. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving user support issues as well as administration of the school's network and IT systems. You will be working in a team of two, with an existing IT Support Engineer. To be considered, you will need: - To be an experienced IT support professional - Experience of networking, storage, virtualisation and cybersecurity. The following will also be beneficial (but not essential): Hands-on support of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Server, and/or AD & Group Policies. Most importantly, as an IT Support Engineer, you will need to be a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service. You should also be a good communicator ensuring that the teaching and support staff at the school are kept up to date with progress on issue resolution.
