Becoming a Change Manager with Capita PCSE:

As a Change Manager you will be part of the PCSE undergoing transformation to further mature and standardize processes across project delivery. The Change Manager will be a key resource working at the portfolio level to successfully govern the change management process, and ensure projects are delivered to requirements.

You will be expected to understand the changes submitted for review, if they align to the strategic objectives of PCSE, and how they can be scheduled with other priorities within the business.

You will be reporting to Head of PMO and work closely with change owners, Heads of Service, external suppliers and the senior management team to ensure that changes are implemented successfully.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage PCSE Change governance framework.
  • Ensure client, operational and supplier changes are progressed through the change process, providing advice and coaching where needed.
  • Manage key stakeholder engagement, working at all levels within PCSE, Suppliers and NHSE.
  • Manage the communication and status of changes through key reporting and updates to senior management.
  • Manage the prioritization process at the portfolio level.
  • Track the changes through the change approval lifecycle, including working with business readiness teams and tracking benefits realization.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the change documentation is completed to a high standard
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency in delivering change.

What we're looking for:
  • Experience in a change management environment.
  • Experience with project management and lifecycles.
  • Strong customer facing skills. Must be comfortable and confident with clients at all levels.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organisational, time management and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others, able to lead and motivate teams working on projects.
  • Tools - Microsoft Excel , SharePoint
  • PPM Tool, PRINCE2/PMI to Foundation level (Desirable)
  • Experience in the health or government industry (Desirable)
