Role Description
We are looking for two people to join a busy team of Social Value Advisers (Account Managers) who manage a growing portfolio of public and private sector customers across the UK using our platform to report and manage social value.

You will have strong digital, analytical, project management and customer service skills and recognise the importance of public services and social value. You will be able to work as part of a dynamic team to manage and develop repeat business from our accounts. This is a hands-on role that requires a pro-active individual who is willing to learn and can take on responsibility for managing the direct day-to-day relationship.

This role will be based in Central Manchester as we are now expanding (exact location to be confirmed shortly).

Responsibilities
  • Setting up, managing and expanding social value project accounts for a wide range of blue-chip clients and helping to report on performance
  • Support for Portal users, helping clients get the most out of the Portal
  • Developing reports on social value outcomes
  • Analysing project performance, metrics and customer relationship management

Requirements

Essential
  • High level of numeracy and a good academic standard in a numerical or mathematical discipline
  • Graduate - bachelor's degree as a minimum
  • Comfortable working with web applications with the ability to explain functionality of an application or programme to clients in simple terms
  • Good communication and customer relationship building skills
  • Organised and structured approach to working with great attention to detail

Desirable
  • Experience working with customers and web applications
  • Relevant masters / post-graduate degree in STEM subjects or social sciences
