We are currently looking to recruit a marketing Account Manager to support Account Director in the delivery of POS activity, assisting in the processing of complex campaign work and someone who has an eye for spotting new commercial opportunities within the account.

The Account Manager will support by processing briefs from the client or as directed by the Account Director. This will entail briefing creative teams, studio, estimating, production and the various departments, using in-house systems and standard workflow procedures.

The role is a permanent full time position and offers excellent opportunities for internal development within the business. The role is based in Manchester although the successful candidate will need to be flexible in their travel arrangements.

You must be able to demonstrate hands on account management experience, working within a fast paced, high volume environment, with proven experience working on integrated marketing campaigns from creative through to production.

Experience of a creative agency, print or print managed services environment would be desirable, however we are keen to discuss candidates from other backgrounds who hold relevant print experience, creative, forward thinking account management experience.

Requirements

* Ability to take client briefs face to face or by email and manage client projects from brief through to production

* Experience in managing client expectations around timescales and deliverables

* Experience in maintaining and developing on-going client relationships

* Understanding of POS within a retail environment

* Experience of managing collateral print projects on a bespoke level

* Experience of managing POS requirements

* Understanding of data management, data processing principles and confident in using computerised systems

* Ability to estimate creative and production work, measuring profitability on a job by job basis

* Understanding of contract requirements: commercial pricing structure, SLA's and measurement

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

* Very strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

* High attention to detail
