You will join our client as a Senior Digital Product Manager and will be instrumental in driving transformational change across their digital environment.

Senior Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage two other Digital Product Managers
- Be accountable for ensuring rigour and discipline are applied across the product development and management function.
- You will be a digital evangelist, operating at the cutting edge of digital innovation and practice.
-Have a keen eye on future trends ensuring that new and emerging digital opportunities are routinely reviewed.
- Help to build and retain the integrity of our digital platforms through strong planning and evaluation skills.
-Working closely with internal teams, partners and suppliers being instrumental in ensuring effective and highly collaborative relationships are forged.

Senior Digital Product Manager Requirements:

-Have proven experience of leading a digital Product Management team / function
-Ideally, come from one of the following backgrounds: eCommerce, digital customer service, fundraising
-Extensive CRM integration and eCRM management expertise
-Proven success in identifying, measuring and evaluating performance metrics
-Have an excellent understanding of UX / User Experience, product roadmaps, KPO/KPI setting, performance evaluation, benefits analysis, customer research
-Extensive experience in product roadmap development.

Location: London, with travel to other RNIB location in the UK

Hours: 36 hours per week, Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £50,103 per annum

Benefits: 26 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), which increase with service. Excellent pension schemes
