Service Delivery Manager - Threat Intelligence Projects
£50,000 to £80,000 + strong benefits package
Based in Leeds City Centre
Client: They are a global authority on social media risk. A unique force against evil. Pioneers against today's modern day threats online. Approaching the fifteen year mark boasting a globally recognised customer portfolio, their team of AI experts and SMEs continues to evolve and they find themselves dealing with billions of content across multiple social media channels on a daily basis. With huge growth plans in place and a brand new, state of the art, city centre office, they are now requiring a Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in Customer Engagement, Stakeholder Management and People Management to name a few, to take over Threat Intelligence projects and to be customer facing, supporting early elements of new customer engagement, through onboarding with the majority of time spent focused on the day to day management of various clients, which include very large enterprise, global blue chip companies.
Role: The successful Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in Customer Engagement, Stakeholder Management and People Management will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that they continue to provide the very highest levels of service and quality to their global customer pool. The successful Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in Customer Engagement, Stakeholder Management and People Management will work alongside Product Management, Head of Engineering, Head of Digital Delivery, to ensure that new services are transitioned cleanly to day to day operations and that all integration and associated change activities are conducted across their immediate team to ensure that new clients and services are integrated into the team. The successful Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in Customer Engagement, Stakeholder Management and People Management will have accountability for the day to day running of all of their customer facing services, including the development of the future product roadmap and also contribute insight from operations to the sales process.
Skills / Experience:
* Proven track record as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in the delivery of technology, data services or professional services
* Previous experience in the management of circa £2M+ pa commercial or public sector value contracts
* Exceptional people management skills
* Experience of establishing or running information/ data services
* Ability to influence at all levels, in a positive and professional manner
* Ability to credibly engage customers, business sponsors, analysts and engineers alike
* Experience in defining future team growth and both assessing and closing skills gaps
* Managing commercial contracts across organisational boundaries
* Experience of working with both internal and external supply chains (product centres)
* Anyone from an Intelligence background i.e military, law enforcement, government agency etc, is desirable
