Digital Marketing Manager

Up to £45,000 DoE


E Commerce is forging ahead, and our client are expanding exponentially. This new role is a complex role, managing the digital marketing for a group of UK brands, who also have bricks and mortar operations nationwide.

In a phase of growth, the business is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong commercial acumen that can grow with the business opportunities and step into more senior roles as the business expands. Job Summary:

The role demands a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage all performance marketing channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player to be a key person in growing the business.

  • Manage all digital marketing channels across multiple brands (PPC, CRM, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, Display)
  • Ensure all digital marketing spend is tracked and within budget
  • Deliver online revenue targets by maximising the return on investment from digital marketing spend
  • Allocate budgets between channels, brands and campaigns to ensure optimal use of spend to maximise return on investment
  • Optimise marketing campaigns to deliver improvements in ROI
  • Develop and maintain reports to regularly communicate performance to business stakeholders
  • Data analysis - dig into the data to identify areas of underperformance and opportunity
  • Continuous improvement - optimise ROI through running A/B tests and controlled trials

Skills/ Experience:
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets with a track record of delivering return on investment and business growth
  • Experience managing all digital marketing channels (PPC, CRM, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, Display) preferred
  • Particularly strong skills in PPC/Paid Search
  • In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing & eCommerce KPI's
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex datasets
  • Ability to condense complex information to the salient points and tell a story using data
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Degree in a numerate subject at grade 2:1 or higher
