Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.This is a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant.Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and co-ordinate user experience and quality assurance tests to align IT and Digital processes with tasks performed and manage the user data to feed in to process and technical design architecture.

The successful applicant will create functional and technical requirements from new and existing processes and create user journey maps highlighting issues and weaknesses in IT service delivery. You will also manage the personas and profiles of end users and provide human centred performance metrics of IT experiences, separate PIs and KPIs and explain issues and recommendations.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong understanding of UX including and creating profiles / personas based in workstyle and functional needs.You will also have understanding of social housing and the user personas needing council services for tenancies, service charges and housing options.
