EllisKnight are recruiting for an bubbly and enthusiastic face to face customer service manager to support the management team at our clients' St Albans showroom.

They pride themselves in delivering the very highest levels of customer service and product knowledge. It is essential that you can take a customer's ambition and help it become reality! If you have the ability and determination, they will train you in the products and help you build a career.

Ultimately, the successful candidate will provide great customer service and management skills developed through previous experience within a similar retail / showroom / face to face environment.

You should have:
  • Excellent communication skills both with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • A professional, mature and assured manner
  • Efficient use of systems, diaries, notebooks etc. to enable accurate records to be maintained.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others do the same
  • Helpful, cheerful and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate staff member
  • Happy working largely unsupervised and office-based.
  • Sympathetic manner in explaining any delays etc. to customers.
  • Comfortable delegating tasks to staff members

It should be a given that you take delight in assisting with all aspects of a customer journey, from initial contact to booking the final delivery in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner.

This is a full time, permanent role, with great prospects for progression.

The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
