Job DescriptionBrand and Customer Manager, OncologyWe are excited that we will be moving our Head Office to Moorgate, London from our current site in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire in late 2020. Our focus is on innovation and launch execution excellence; we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines that help people with cancer across the globe.Position Overview The position is a dedicated resource in the Oncology Business Unit reporting to the Senior Brand and Customer Manager within the Multi Indication Team. The Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) will add value to our customers in all interactions by differentiating us from the competition and ensuring that we engage with our customers through the right channel at the right time with the right information to drive the right behavioral change.The BCM will be responsible for leading the campaign development, content strategy and channel execution, aligned to the strategic vision and will primarily focus on a new indication launch.The role will require close collaboration with the Senior BCM (SBCM), the Associate Brand and Customer manager (ABCM), the Scientific Engagement Lead (SEL) and the Regional Business Manager (RBM) whilst sharing knowledge and learnings across the wider oncology marketing team and the cross functional team. This collaboration will ensure consistent and integrated channel execution for our inline and future indications.The BCM will collaborate together with our internal digital team, proactively identify best practice and drive innovation in the way we engage with external stakeholders across the oncology landscape.Key ActivitiesLead the content strategy, campaign development and optimisation with the goal of realizing our ambitions set out in the indication strategic plans thereby increasing the effectiveness of our customer engagement providing the right information, delivered at the right time, using their preferred channel of communication, resulting in the desired behavior change.Continuous improvement in the customer user journey related to the adoption of our Oncology products and services, integrating adoption ladders, field intelligence, market research and new digital technologies such as SMART suggestions and marketing automation.Ensure consistent planning of tactical phases with robust analysis, planning and execution of campaigns which are strategically aligned and deliver the desired behavioural objectives.Ensure clear, appropriate and measurable KPIs are developed in conjunction with campaigns which shape future tactics in an iterative manner.
