The Client

Acorn is recruiting on behalf of our client, a market leader within their field based in the outskirts of Cwmbran who is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team on a 10 Month FTC (Maternity Cover). Working with the Field Service team undertaking general administration duties and entering data daily on to the internal systems. As an administration you will also be responsible for an element of client interacation, dealing with customers over the telephone and completing introductory calls of new clients that have become a customer to the business.

The Role

* Inputting of daily installations
* Reporting on logger maintenance
* Completing sign offs on technician workloads
* Assisting on general emails for project
* Manual read reviews
* Assisting technicians within the field
* Level of customer service
* Making customer appointments

The Candidate

* Minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE A*- C grades
* Experience working within a busy office environment
* Experience of working with minimal supervision
* Good computer skills
* Ability to communicate clearly via telephone, email and face to face
* Very organised individual
* A good time keeper
* Multitasker
* Calm and methodical in approach to work

* Paying a basic salary of £19,055.
* Monday to Friday working hours (8 am to 4 pm with a 30 minute lunch break)
