Chess one of the UK's fastest growing telecommunication companies, are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Partner Support Team as an Elite Partner Support Advisor.

The candidate will be based in our offices in Borehamwood and will report directly to the Partner Support Manager.

Duties to include but not restricted to:
  • Managing Elite Partners across Airtime
  • Resolving inbound queries from Elite Partners via phone, email and CRM
  • Providing resource for existing Partners to assist them in closing new business
  • Liaising with Partners to resolve contract rejections where further information is needed
  • Liaising with networks and carriers, following escalation processes where required
  • Assisting the Partners in growing their existing base, by means of offering additional products
  • General duties within the Partner Support Team

Skills & Qualities you will need to demonstrate:
  • Experience in the Telecoms industry - airtime, fixed line and data
  • Good communication skills
  • Good product knowledge, including Mobile, across the Telecoms Industry
  • Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude at all time
  • Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail

Package Details:

Basic salary: Up to £21,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays.
