Propositions Manager - [Traditional & IP Voice] is a highly visible and influential role whereby the individual will lead a team of a small team to bring together market and customer insight, P&L objectives to create a compelling, customer-centric set of propositions. This role will lead the team to create business cases to underpin these propositions whilst also having ownership of continually evaluating and evolving propositions based on new evidence or customer trends. They will drive the Go To Market and commercial realisation of the Traditional and IP Voice portfolio benefits for Enterprise.

A key part of the role will be to support the All-IP proposition specialists with lines and switch to IP migration propositions as BT helps customers on the journey to IP

What will this role involve?
To lead a small team of people to be brilliant, delivering against ambitious target and replicating the senior culture for people to thrive and succeedInputs heavily into the overall segment roadmap, strategy and MTP and holds team accountable for delivery. Conduct insight and analysis to develop propositions which will create the competitive differentiation in the UK B2B market for BTTo lead the development of differentiated propositions to the target markets based on the insights and requirements with defined benefits, costs and value to BT Enterprise Accountable for developing the propositions bringing in relevant functions/roles required Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customer and segment requirements are understood Develops Go To Market Plan for the proposition. Creates the GTM brief and collateral input into marketing and salesManage in-life the proposition ensuring it is still fit for the market and customer needs. Develop changes or recommend withdrawal of the proposition

What skills and experience will be required to make the role a success?

Lead, influence, develop, drive and motivate propositions at both a tactical and strategic level Ability to assess, define and translate market needs into impactful action. Ability to translate insight into actionable GTM activities Strong technical appreciation and understanding to track relevant technology developments and assess new proposition opportunities in [Traditional & IP Voice]Ability to translate technical features into business value drivers and articulate positioning and value messages Outstanding written and verbal communication

PREFERRED
It is desirable but not necessary that you will have sales and marketing experience, having:
Delivered proposition roadmaps relating to solutions Defined/ delivered compelling tactical propositions Managed products / services propositions to meet varied customer requirementsManaged high performing teams and or Virtual teams.
MANDATORY

You will have exceptional stakeholder management experience, having:
Managed senior level stakeholders Managed balance of internal team and supporting team relations Demonstrated ability to exert influence to ensure vision is delivered
