Junior Finance Administrator

NTech is recruiting a Junior Finance Administrator to work for a Telecoms Carrier & Network Service Provider in the Bradford.

The Junior Finance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the assessment and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable submissions to the Finance team. Under the supervision of Finance Administrators, the Junior Finance Administrator shall liaise with customers, suppliers and teams across the organisation to investigate and resolve financial queries submitted to the department.

We will consider applicants from an administration background with experiences in finance or a recent Graduate with a keen interest in building a career in finance.

Location: Bradford
Term: Full Time

Rate: £17-18k dep on experience + Bens

Environment: Finance, SAGE, SalesForce, Credit Control, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Reporting, Accounts Queries, Telecoms, Telco, Carrier, ISP, Operator, Service Provider, Administrator, Reporting, Administrative Officer, Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Computer Literate.

• Accounts Payable Admin

• Chasing Debt/Credit Control
• Using Sage to input entries


Supporting Finance Administrators in the processing of accounts payable

and receivable submissions including the chasing of debt in credit control


Acting as a first line point of contact for incoming queries

Provision of ad-hoc reporting, as requested by Finance Administrators

and/or Management

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in getting into Finance. Ideally has used Sage or similar accounting packages and looking for a friendly buzzing technology company that offers a great working environment.

• Computer literate with the use of Google Docs and Microsoft Office (email, word, excel)

• Production of plans or reports

• Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach

• Good communication skills, both verbal & written

• Attention to detail

• Interested in working in a corporate office environment
