If you came into education to really 'make a difference', working with young people with often challenging and diverse issues is hugely rewarding. Joining our team provides a fantastic opportunity to support the educational and social needs of our pupils.

We are currently looking for innovative staff, with a positive track record of managing behaviour, to join our dedicated team. We are working closely with main stream primary near Chelmsford who are currently in need of support staff to join their team. The pupils are KS1 & KS2 and the learning levels vary between low level, basic reading and writing to high achieving academic students.

Our schools are looking for confident individuals who are passionate about making a difference to the vulnerable young people in their setting.

We would like to hear form you if you have experience working with behaviour and feel you could make a positive impact on these children's lives. The role is challenging but highly rewarding. A background working in an education setting supporting Children with challenging behaviour would be highly desirable however experience with behaviour in other settings will be considered.
