EBBI Team is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Community Healthcare Assistant to join their friendly team based at Evesham Community Hospital.

You will be working with adults in their own homes to help deliver a quality service supporting the team to deliver effective care. You will work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team as part of the integrated team for the locality. The successful applicant will be expected to develop their portfolio of skills in accordance with the job description, to further support the team.

This would be an excellent opportunity to gain experience within community nursing with a supportive, experienced team.

You will be required to work 4 days over a seven day week that will include weekends, bank holidays, early and late shifts covering 07:30- 18:30. EBBI NT is based over two sites; Evesham Community hospital and Evesham Medical Centre and there will be an expectation that the successful candidate may use either site as a base.

Due to the nature of the post the applicant must be able to travel independently, have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes and hold a full clean UK driving license.

New employees to the Trust are required to pay the fee for the initial DBS check (this will be deducted from their first months' salary) and the annual subscription (£13) to the DBS Update Service. The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
