Our platform combines clinically validated audio techniques with ergonomic, intelligent headphones to help our customer relax and sleep. We completed London's biggest ever Kickstarter, had a highly successful Crowdcube campaign, and are now shipping product globally to over 50 countries.

The Role

Kokoon are looking for a data-driven, omni-channel marketing leader who has previously been responsible for successfully scaling a DTC products business

You'll need to be able demonstrate having previous defined a growth strategy leveraging multiple forms of digital marketing, including performance, programmatic, email, influencer and social. The right candidate will be comfortable developing our messaging, brand, as well as defining our strategy for traditional media, PR and partnerships.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to define the growth strategy of the brand and business. Devise and deliver data-driven multi-channel campaigns to build awareness and drive sales and subscriptions of Kokoon's hardware and software products.
  • Execute on growth campaigns, manage marketing budgets and balance marketing efforts across all channels
  • Help develop Kokoon's brand and message and ensure we tell a consistent story across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage third party agencies tasked with executing campaigns, producing creative etc.

  • You can demonstrate having successfully built or played a key role in building the marketing function for a DTC brand from the ground up.
  • You're as comfortable devising high-level strategy as you are delivering, analysing and juggling campaigns across all channels.
  • You're focused on the customer, generating insights from current and future customers and ensure they shape all marketing messages.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
  • An omnichannel marketer, but with a depth of experience in driving revenue through a brand's direct digital channel.
  • Technology sector experience is preferred
  • Proactive, organised and be able to work independently within a fast-paced, team environment
