SAP Support Technician

Up to £25,000 DOE

The SAP Support Technician will offer technical support to both internal and external users of the our client's SAP S/4 Hana System and Fiori based MyLaunchpad. The position provides exposure to a broad range of SAP related projects and activities spanning across functional areas of MM, SD, FICO and Basis

Job Description:
  • * To supply support to 500+ local and remote users * Be first point of call for issues raised
  • * Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
  • * To carry out basic configuration changes such as Plant creation for New Client sites
  • * To create and maintain Account User profiles
  • * Share knowledge with the rest of the team * Document common issues and their resolutions
  • * Identify problem areas and advise the business of possible solutions

Skills Required:
  • * A generalized knowledge of SAP Hana S/4 (SAP Super User status or above)
  • * Self-motivated, well organized
  • * Excellent customer service skills
  • * Concise documentation writing to build up knowledge base
  • * Able to remain calm and focused
  • * Ability to prioritize work and multiple deliverables
  • * SQL experience an advantage but not essential
  • * Knowledge of Fiori an advantage but not essential
