Liaising between European Business Managers/Vendor Managers and countries to create solutions/programmes that are designed to drive growth into partners and end-customers and deliver the maximum Return On Investment (ROI).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Market Share: Market Share Growth by channel, category and vendor versus prior yearP&L: Revenue and margin delivery vs plan, marketing income & profitBalance Sheet: Vendor payment days for marketing & related programmesVendor & Customer Engagement: Vendor & customer feedback and customer capability & breadth target achievementAccountabilities:Own the development, execution and monetizing of multi-channel marketing programmes to partners and end-users.Work with Vendor Marketing Managers and other internal and external agency members to design and deliver programmes as well as support their profitability management including aligning outputs to vendor and other constraints.Ensure programmes are an integral part of the Business Planning process for Solution and Vendor Businesses.Support the business units and local marketing managers to adopt and promote Tech Data's Programme methodology as part of their vendor/solution marketing planning and execution. e.g. Practice Builder, Through Partner MarketingIdentify local marketing best practices which can be scaled and packaged for EMEA wide adoption and similarly drive central programmes into countries.Work with Vendor Marketing Managers to leverage programmatic approaches to engage vendors in growth opportunities.Work with the broader Marketing team to establish standards to improve the quality and process of demand generation activity which can be measured and tracked across Europe, whether it is Tech Data, partner led end user focused.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 10 years marketing experience.Preferably degree educated with a marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or IDM) or proven equivalent experience.Experience in all aspects of B2B marketing practice especially the successful planning, execution and reporting for multiple parallel marketing programmesKnowledge of vendor fund management and interfacing with leading IT vendors preferredAn understanding of creative design and the full marketing mix.Creativity and InnovationVision to deliver compelling marketing strategiesRelevant product and industry knowledge preferredStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirementsStrong organisation and planning skillsExcellent written and spoken English businessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast paced and pressured environment Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teamsWillingness to travel and work in a global team of professionalsMarketing Programme/Project Management leadership, lead projects and distributed team, delegation and measuring the success of each project and planBudget ManagementBusiness analysis and administration, understanding the concepts of business from a sales, marketing, finance, human resources and operations perspectiveFull time
