I am working on behalf of a nationwide charity organisation Extra Care service provider that requires an experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the Management of their Tameside service

The Company:
This company is a large charity organisation with over 100 Extra Care services across the UK.
They are going from strength to strength, solidifying the high quality of care throughout the region.
They provide the very best possible care and are committed to building a relationship that you can trust.

The Role:
This branch has been established for approx. 3 years. They are covering around 1300 hours/ week with both dom care and extra care services. This contract is based in Droylsden area, so knowledge of the area would be an added benefit, but not absolutely essential. They are small but passionate and loyal team with only the highest standards of care in mind. They are friendly and very supportive bunch and they love to nurture and promote good people, so there will be fantastic career progression ops with this one too.

The Person:

- You will be an experienced registered branch manager with a proven successful track record within Domiciliary Care.
- You will be able to communicate very well at all levels and be able to build strong professional relationships with MDT`s and other professional parties.
- You will have excellent business acumen and be confident in tendering and winning new business along with having the creativity to market and promote the service effectively.
- You will have extensive experience with recruitment and retention of staff and identify the best candidates for the business
- You must be adaptable and be able to manage change effectively
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent is desirable or working towards this

The Salary:
£30,000 pa + generous benefits package including 38 days paid holidays
