Fantastic opportunity - Registered manager required to oversee their branch in the Norwich area***

The Company:
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care service provider that requires a strong and experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the effective growth of their established Norwich service. They have been established for over 7 years and have a "Good" CQC rating. It`s an outstanding company with great flexibility and a brilliant team/working environment.

The Role:
Some of the main points for this role will be as follows:

- To manage a designated Domiciliary service, accountable for meeting the targets defined in the business plan and ensuring full compliance with quality and legislative standards.
- Business development and marketing activities to identify and secure new business/contracts.
- Regular client visits/contact to retain and develop additional business with existing clients.
- Development of a recruitment strategy to match the business needs.
- Performance management of branch staff.
- Maintain staff retention.
- Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status with CQC.

The Person:

- Experience of registered manager is desirable but not essential as they are happy to have train and develop the right person.
- You will be able to communicate very well at all levels and be able to build strong professional relationships with MDT`s and other professional parties.
- You will have excellent business acumen and be confident in tendering and winning new business along with having the creativity to market and promote the service effectively.
- You will have experience with recruitment and retention of staff and identify the best candidates for the business.
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent is desirable or working towards this.

The Salary:
Up to £33,000 pa with 28 days paid holidays.
